Welcome back to RLMS! Our first XC practice will be Monday, September 15th, from 3 - 4 p.m.

• We'll meet in the cafeteria first, then run on the PE fields behind the school.
• Please come dressed and ready to run!
• Please make sure you have turned in your completed blue intramural form to your homeroom teacher. If you did not receive one this summer or have lost yours, please see me in the LMC to pick one up. You can't run without that turned into your homeroom teacher or me.
• We will meet every Monday and Wednesday through the end of October, from 3 - 4 p.m. Exceptions will be on meet days, holidays, or cancellations due to extremely bad weather. We WILL run in the rain if it's just a light rain.
