diagnosed with anorexia nervosa.
You
need to research how anorexia nervosa affects the human body to be able to answer
the following questions:
- What
is anorexia nervosa?
- What
are the organs/body parts that are most affected by anorexia nervosa
and how does anorexia nervosa affect each of them?
- What
body system(s) do each of these organs/body parts belong to, and
how are these body system(s) affected by anorexia nervosa?
- Overall,
how does anorexia nervosa affect the human body?

need to complete a works cited guide listing the sources (books,
Web sites, encyclopedias...) you used to find your information.
You should also list any sources you obtained pictures or graphics
from. This sheet needs to be turned in at the BEGINNING of Day
3.
Homework
due before Rotation B:
Prepare a brief (up to 3 minutes) public service announcement
to express your concerns about why young people need to be educated
about the dangers of anorexia nervosa. Your announcement should
contain answers to all of the above questions. Make a prop/poster
that will help you present your findings to the public.
